Subscriber Equipment Deployment
The following Subscriber Equipment Deployment resources have been designed to provide licensees
with the ability to obtain replacement equipment, software upgrade kits, and associated installation
services in advance of negotiating a complete Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA). The guidance
provides a simplified mechanism to accelerate negotiations associated with subscriber equipment and allow
for earlier commencement of subscriber unit implementation.
Participation in this initiative is optional; however, the TA recommends that all licensees
evaluate the benefits of participation.
