TA Events - Webinars
Registration Instructions
To insure that you are granted access into TA Webinars, please make sure to follow these steps:
- Review Dates of Available Modules. All Modules will be available on the TA website in the
events section.
- Read and complete the Registration Form
- Download & Test Microsoft Live Meeting. The interactive tool the TA will be using to present the Webinar
is Microsoft Live Meeting (Live Meeting). Live Meeting is a FREE e-learning tool that allows individuals from
different geographic locations to meet via the Web and attend online classes. Live Meeting however, is not a
standard feature of the Microsoft Office Suite, and as such needs to be downloaded. The download process takes
no more than 10-15 minutes and the TA recommends that all licensees interested in attending a Webinar should

What to Expect From the TA
- Email confirmation of Registration. Within 48 business hours of submitting your registration,
you will receive an email confirmation from the TA indicating that your request to attend a given
Module has been received and further instructions will be sent to you.
- Invitation to Attend Webinar. You will receive an email invitation that will provide you with information
that will grant you access into the Webinar session. The header will read "You are Registered for TA Webinar!"
The invitation will include your Meeting ID, Meeting Key and instructions on how to access the presentation and the audio
teleconference. Follow the guidelines and instructions provided in the email.
- Follow-up Survey. The TA will send you an email survey about the Webinar you attended. Please complete the survey
and return to the TA. The information you provide will be helpful in planning other sessions and improving on the
Webinar process.
