June 9, 2009 FCC Order(DA 09-1297) - In this Order, the FCC addresses the supplemental waiver requests that have been filed as a result of previous Orders regarding Waiver Requests of the
June 26, 2008 Deadline for rebanding completion, and discusses additional relief to be provided to licensees seeking further extensions.
June 10, 2009 Public Notice(DA 09-1310) - In this Public Notice, the FCC provided guidance for requests for waiver to non-border licensees whose extension requests were not addressed in the June 9, 2009 Order.
The FCC required these licensees to update their requests for waiver no later than thirty days after the release of the June 9, 2009 Order (DA 09-1297), i.e., by July 9, 2009.
