Actual Cost Reconciliation
ACR is the process by which licensees document the costs incurred in reconfiguration. The process matches cost support documentation with the amounts paid or to be paid to the licensee for costs of reconfiguration. Licensees can document their actual costs using templates for reporting costs on a per-hour or per-unit basis.
